As part of an ongoing series reflecting on notable projects from recent years, we look back on Viking Link, the world's longest subsea and land interconnector completed in 2023 that connects the power grids of the United Kingdom and Denmark to facilitate cross-border electricity exchange.
Projects of this scale demand strict control over timelines, budgets, and coordination. Efficient communication and collaboration with suitable partners are crucial. In this project, DKW fulfilled its role by closely supporting the process and ensuring reliable delivery throughout.
